Dentists Do More Than Expected

A great story I wanted to share with many of you is a perfect example where any extra effort you can make is worth it.  One dentist recently shared that they had cosmetic treatment accepted and they asked the patient why they elected to proceed with their practice over the others the patient had consulted with.  The patient stated that it was the personal hand written note that this practice had written her after her cosmetic consultation that made the difference. Both dentists had equal amounts of education, equal amounts of before and after photos to show, nice comfortable offices full of amenities etc. etc.  The difference was that extra customer service effort that was made.  This is just one of many examples where going the extra mile pays off.  Do the unexpected and get better results.  Today its even more important to go that extra mile and not get complacent, their are still many people that want new smiles and have the finances to obtain them. Treat everyone that walks through your door with Royal treatment and obtain great results, even in a down economy.  Luck follows those that work hard and smart.
